In order to implement the relevant work requirements of The State Council on further promoting the reform of the administrative examination and approval system, after studying and reporting to the approval Office of The State Council, it was decided to incorporate the "first-level qualification approval of urban landscaping enterprises" into the "qualification identification of construction enterprises, survey enterprises, design enterprises and engineering supervision enterprises". The application for the first-level qualification of urban landscaping enterprises and the extension application are uniformly accepted and issued by the administrative examination and approval centralized acceptance office of our Ministry, and the qualification approval is still implemented in accordance with the "Urban landscaping Enterprise Qualification Level Standards".
