GRC production process and installation process

GRC production process
GRC: Is the English abbreviation of glass-fiber Reinforced Cement, from Europe and the United States technology, is the alkali resistant Glass fiber, cement, sand and other composite materials according to a certain ratio of mixing, pouring molding in the mold, to produce a rich shape, diverse texture of products. It is widely used in various characteristic buildings at home and abroad. There are many types of reinforced glass fibers, such as chopped fiber yarn, continuous fiber untwisted roving, mesh cloth, chopped fiber felt, etc. Different types of glass fibers are incorporated into the cement matrix in different ways, and the same type of glass fibers are incorporated into the cement matrix in different ways. Moreover, the amount of glass fiber and the way of use have a great influence on the mechanical properties of glass fiber reinforced cement composite. This forms a variety of glass fiber reinforced cement composite material production processes, such as jet process, premixed jet process, premixed pouring process, injection molding process, mesh process, winding process, etc. Each production plant process has its own characteristics, suitable for the production of different products, of course, the equipment used is also the same. Guangzhou Zhizhen Building Materials Co., Ltd. provides the design, production and installation of GRG&GRC materials in China.
1. Spray process
Process is the application of early and many methods of manufacturing GRC products, including manual injection and automatic injection. In the early 1970s, the British Architectural Research Institute (BRE) first used this method to manufacture glass fiber reinforced cement (GRC) products. Whether it is manual or mechanical injection, the injection process requires specially trained operators and special equipment. The correct operation method greatly affects the strength and durability of GRC products. For the spraying process, the glass fiber is randomly distributed in the cement mortar in two-dimensional random direction, the effective utilization rate of the fiber is high, and the physical properties of the product are also good.
2. Premixing process
The premixing process is to stir the short glass fiber and the cement mortar matrix together to form a uniform glass fiber cement mixture, and then make the product by pouring or spraying.
According to the different molding methods, the premix process can be divided into premix pouring process and premix jet process. The premixed casting process is similar to the process of precast concrete products, after pouring
The process is often supplemented by vibration operations.
GRC installation process
Before installing the GRC, the site should be inspected to check whether the scaffolding has barriers to installation and other factors affecting the installation. Consult with the site in advance,
Make sure to install the exterior before plastering. If there are other exterior wall decorations, we should first negotiate with them how to carry out the construction process to avoid mutual influence. Before construction, it is necessary to investigate whether the GRC can be installed on the building structure to ensure the installation quality and make specific plans. Determine the construction period and arrange personnel to solve the common problems that will occur during the installation process.
To ensure the quality, quantity and duration of the completion of the installation work fully prepared. GRC installation process is divided into: line plate, Roman pillar, window cover, Circular carving
relievo (Garden pieces) fountain, railings series and other installation technology.
